Consular office hours:

Tuesdays and Thursdays based on appointment. Before arriving to the consul, please make appointment via phone at 02-8501-1200, ext. 111

The documents and visas can also be collected on working days after making a prior appointment. Please wait for our staff to notify you of the arrival of the document / approval of your visa.

Information on paying consular fees:

Please note that our Consular Section does not accept cash, thus all fees must be paid by card in our Office or it can be deposited to our Consular account in EUR or NTD in the bank nearby our Office. The payment details will be provided to you at the time of your appointment, please do not make any payment in advance.

Our fees are payable in EUR, therefore we kindly advise you to make sure that your bank card is able to handle international payments.
