匈牙利辣椒粉燴雞食材:

  • 1. ~1.2 kg 雞胸肉切丁(或任何肉類、菇類或蔬菜)
  • 2. 1-2 洋蔥切丁
  • 3. 2 茶匙匈牙利辣椒粉
  • 4. 1 顆牛番茄
  • 5. 2 顆甜椒
  • 6. 400 ml 酸奶
  • 7. 1-2 茶匙麵粉
  • 8. 鹽 & 黑胡椒
  • 9. 2-3 茶匙油
  • 10. 150 ml 水
  • 11. 新鮮歐芹切碎做裝飾
  • 12. 佐以酸黃瓜

匈牙利餃子麵疙瘩食材:

  • 1. 2 顆蛋
  • 2. 100-150 ml 水
  • 3. 200 g 麵粉
  • 4. 鹽

Chicken paprika ingredients:

  • 1. ~1.2 kg diced chicken breast (or any kind of meat, or mushrooms for vegetarians)
  • 2. 1-2 chopped onions
  • 3. 2 Tbsp ground paprika
  • 4. 1 large tomato
  • 5. 2 bell peppers
  • 6. 400 ml sour cream
  • 7. 1-2 Tbsp flour
  • 8. salt, black pepper
  • 9. 2-3 Tbsp oil
  • 10. 150 ml water
  • 11. chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • 12. serve with dill pickles on side

Nokedli (Hungarian dumplings) ingredients:

  • 1. 2 large eggs
  • 2. 100-150 ml water
  • 3. 200 g flour
  • 4. salt
